OUR ITALIAN EASTER TRADITIONS

We start Easter sunday with Mass which celebrates the resurrection of Christ.
In our families we do different things
Some people open and eat their Chocolate Easter eggs in the morning, others after lunch.
For lunch the menu has a particular structure
The starter is "antipasto", is made up of boiled eggs, ham, slices of bread with tuna paté, mozzarella, ham with melon, fried meatballs, smoked salmon
